Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the online training services provided by Parham Training OÜ (“Parham Training”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before starting the programme.

Our services may include:

  • Structured strength training programmes
  • Exercise demonstrations and guidance
  • Exercise alternatives and modifications
  • On-demand workouts
  • Mobility sessions

The specific features included in your subscription are described on our website at the time you purchase.

2. Who Can Use the Programme

Our programme is intended for adults who are physically capable of participating in exercise.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically able to participate in exercise.

If you have any medical condition, injury, illness, physical limitation, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any other concern about your ability to exercise safely, you should obtain appropriate advice and clearance from your doctor or other suitably qualified healthcare professional before beginning the programme.

If a healthcare professional advises you not to exercise, or to avoid particular movements or activities, you should follow their advice.

By participating in the programme, you confirm that you have taken appropriate steps to determine that the programme is suitable for you.

3. Exercise and Health Disclaimer

Exercise involves inherent risks, including the possibility of muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, aggravation of existing injuries and other injury or illness.

Our training programmes and educational resources are provided to help you exercise more effectively, but they cannot account for every individual's circumstances or response to exercise.

You are responsible for exercising within your own capabilities and for making appropriate decisions about whether and how to perform an exercise.

You should:

  • Follow the instructions and exercise demonstrations provided
  • Use appropriate weights and resistance for your ability
  • Maintain appropriate technique and control
  • Modify or substitute exercises where necessary
  • Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, nausea or other concerning symptoms
  • Seek appropriate medical attention where necessary

If you are unsure whether an exercise is appropriate for you, stop and seek advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.

4. Your Responsibility for Your Training

You are ultimately responsible for your own participation in the programme and for the choices you make during your training.

Exercise selection, weight, repetitions, intensity and progression should be appropriate for your individual circumstances and ability.

The programme provides guidance and recommendations, but it cannot guarantee that a particular exercise, training load or approach will be appropriate for every individual.

You are responsible for communicating relevant information to us that may affect your training, including relevant injuries, limitations or changes in your circumstances.

We may provide exercise modifications or alternatives, but you remain responsible for deciding whether a particular option is appropriate for you.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We cannot guarantee any specific results from participating in the programme.

Your results will depend on a range of factors, including your starting point, consistency, training effort, nutrition, sleep, recovery, genetics, lifestyle and other individual circumstances.

Testimonials, examples or results shown on our website or social media are examples of individual experiences and should not be understood as a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

6. Coaching and Professional Advice

Our services provide general fitness, exercise and nutrition education and coaching.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or individual healthcare.

We do not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice regarding injuries, illnesses or medical conditions.

Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other suitably qualified healthcare professional.

7. Subscription and Payment

Our online programme is provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

The current subscription price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorise the applicable subscription payments to be charged according to the billing frequency selected at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the Everfit app or by emailing us at:

samuelparham@outlook.com

Cancellation will prevent future subscription payments from being taken.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our offer, cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already started.

When you cancel, your account and training progress may be retained for a reasonable period so that you can return to the programme in the future.

9. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a 7-day money-back guarantee is offered with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at:

samuelparham@outlook.com

Any refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

The money-back guarantee does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

10. Access to the Programme

After subscribing, you will receive access to the services included in your membership.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages or other consequences arising from your participation in exercise where they result from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from your failure to follow the programme guidance, use appropriate equipment, disclose relevant information or exercise within your capabilities.

We are also not responsible for problems caused by third-party services or equipment that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your legal rights as a consumer.
